About us

At Fernández Acosta Dental Clinic, we don’t just treat teeth: we care for people, families and stories. Our journey began more than six decades ago, when Dr. José Acosta, a pioneer in dentistry in Vélez-Málaga, decided to pursue his vocation in this coastal enclave, having arrived there from Granada. With dedication, warmth and passion for his profession, he soon earned the trust of generations of Vélez residents, many of whom continue to place their trust in our clinic today.

That spirit of dedication and humanity paved the way for the rest of the family. Dr Lourdes Acosta Medina, Dr Acosta’s daughter, and Dr Fernando Fernández consolidated a new professional stage with the opening of the clinic in Malaga more than 35 years ago, carrying on the family legacy. Their work, based on continuous training, professional ethics and a friendly approach, has been the foundation of a solid reputation that continues to this day.

With the addition of the third generation—Dr. María Hilaria Fernández Acosta and Dr. Marta Fernández Acosta—we continue to grow with the same dedication as always: to offer honest, personalised dentistry committed to the health and aesthetics of each patient.

More than a clinic

DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY

Our clinic has been using CAD-CAM (Computer-Aided Design and Manufacturing) technology for over 10 years. This system allows us to design and manufacture prostheses, crowns, veneers and inlays completely digitally, with millimetre precision and in record time.

Thanks to this technology, we can perform aesthetic and functional treatments in a single appointment, allowing patients to leave the same day with their smile restored. We use state-of-the-art intraoral scanners, which replace traditional moulds with quick and convenient digital records.

The design is created using specialised software and manufacturing is carried out on our own high-precision milling machines, adapting to the needs of each patient. We are committed to innovation in order to offer aesthetic, long-lasting and fully customised results.
